Dr. Alice Gornall

Alice is a Clinical Psychologist who draws upon a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Schema Therapy to develop a deep understanding of each individual client to help them achieve meaningful and lasting positive change. She enjoys working with adults and adolescents (14 years+) with a special interest in helping people who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, personality disorders, mood disruptions, life transitions and relationship difficulties. She is an LGBTIQA+ ally and her pronouns are she/her.

Alice completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology at Monash University with a focus on mental health after paediatric concussion. Alice has particular interest in integrating her detailed understanding of brain functioning to support her clients with their identified mental health concerns in psychotherapy.
